Small Dry Vacuum Roughing Pumps
ACP Series 2
The ACP series design incorporates the adixen multi-stage Roots pumping concept, extensively field proven. The pumping module of ACP series pumps is optimized for operation without internal lubricant and seals.
ACP series 2 range consists in ACP15, ACP28 and ACP40 models.
Pumping speed range : 15, 28 and 40 m3/h (9, 16.7, 24 CFM)
Each model is available in Standard version and gas purged, G version.
The ACP series pumps bring outstanding benefits to applications requiring high levels of cleanliness and reliability.
Typical applications:
ACP series Standard version
Analytical Instruments
- Electron microscopes
- Surface analysers
- Leak detectors
- Mass spectrometers
Research and Development
- High energy phisics
- Particles accelerators
- Laboratories
Industry
- Lamps manufacturing
- Vacuum coating
ACP series G version
Process monitoring
Load-Locks and transfer chambers
Focused Ion Beams
No particulate contamination
Thanks to the frictionless design, there is no wearing parts in the path of pumped gases and therefore no particulate generation.
No hydrocarbon vapors backstreaming
ACP series pumps are free of lubricant inside the pumping module ; giving benefit of no pollution from hydrocarbon vapors.
Constant performances
Thanks to the constant internal clearances and constant rotational speed (frequency converter driven motors) ACP series pumps will provide:
- constant pumping speed
- constant ultimate pressure
High reliability
Thanks to the adixen expertise in the design of dry multi-stage Roots pump, used in the most demanding applications.
Increased condensable vapors handling
Standard versions of ACP series pumps feature a gas ballast valve that improve vapor pumping capability.
Improved communication and adaptability
The integrated frequency converter is compatible with wide voltage range 50/60 Hz. Operating parameters (hour meter, speed settings, speed status) can be addressed through RS485 communication link or dry contacts (remote operation mode). Rotational speed variation of ACP series pumps allows flexible adaptation to application cycles.
