The new range of ALCATEL turbomolecular pumps benefits from the know-how acquired over the last 15 years.

The ATP Series offers 5 models of turbopumps with ceramic ball bearings ranging from 80 l/s to 900 l/s with ultimate pressures down to 10 -10 mbar available in 3 versions:
- The standard version produce a clean vacuum in the range of 10 -10 mbar for applications in research and development and analytical instruments.
-The "C" Series for corrosive gas pumping are well protected against the corrosion effects and feature inverted dynamic seal and gas purge.
-The "HPC" series allows corrosive gas pumping in high pressure and high throughput conditions. In addition to the inverted seal and the gas purge ; the "HPC" series can be water heated to 65°C in order to prevent any build-up from process condensation.
